Privacy Policy for YBLooper

YBLooper is a guitar practice app made by YaroniX - Brouk Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user data, device data, audio access, advertising, and purchases.

Information We Collect

YBLooper is designed as a personal practice tool. The app does not require users to create an account in the current release and does not provide native user-to-user communication, chat, social posting, or public sharing features.

The app may access or process the following types of information:

• Microphone input, when the tuner or audio-related features are used.
• Audio files or loops selected by the user for personal practice.
• App settings, presets, and practice preferences saved locally on the device.
• Device and app diagnostic information that may be provided by Google Play services.
• Advertising and purchase-related data processed by Google services when these features are enabled.

Microphone and Audio Use

YBLooper may request microphone access for tuner and audio practice features. Microphone input is used to support the app's audio functionality. YBLooper does not use the microphone to record private conversations, does not upload microphone audio to our own servers, and does not share microphone audio with other users.

Files, Loops, and Presets

Audio files, loops, presets, and app settings are used for the user's own practice workflow. They are not published publicly by YBLooper and are not used as shared user-generated content inside the app.

Advertising

YBLooper may use Google AdMob to show ads, including App Open Ads, in supported app modes. Google may collect and process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, crash data, diagnostics, and other data as described in Google's own policies.

During development and testing, YBLooper uses test ads. Production ads will only be enabled after the required privacy and consent configuration is completed.

Purchases

YBLooper may offer an optional Full Version unlock through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store the user's full payment card details. The app may check purchase status through Google Play to unlock paid features and restore purchases.

Trial and Future Account Features

Future versions of YBLooper may include a cloud-based trial or account-based licensing features. If these features are added, this Privacy Policy will be updated before release to explain what information is collected, how it is used, and which services process it.

Third-Party Services

YBLooper may use third-party services provided by Google, including:

• Google Play services
• Google Play Billing
• Google AdMob
• Google User Messaging Platform, when consent is required
• Firebase services, if cloud trial or account features are added in a future version

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Children's Privacy

YBLooper is not designed for children under 13 and is not directed to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect app data and reduce unnecessary data collection. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but YBLooper is designed to keep personal practice data local where possible.

Data Retention

Local settings, presets, and practice data may remain on the user's device until the user deletes them or uninstalls the app. Purchase information may be retained by Google Play according to Google's policies.

User Choices

• You can deny microphone permission, but tuner or audio features may not work correctly.
• You can reset or limit advertising identifiers using Android or Google settings where available.
• You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from the device.
• You can contact us with privacy questions or requests.
